Mandarin & Lime Petit gâteau: Mandarin & Lime crémeux, Yuzu sponge, Lime leaf rice pudding, Citrus sablé, Yuzu whipped ganache, Mandarin glaze. Gluten Free friendly. Contains eggs, milk.

Mango & Strawbery Petit gâteau: Vanilla cheesecake mousse, Mango crémeux, Strawberry confit, Japanese shortcake sponge, Mango mousse and fresh strawberries. Contains Milk, gluten, eggs.

The chocolatiest chocolate gâteau: Eight layers of premium Valrhona 70% Dark chocolate cake, Milk chocolate & Hazelnut ganache and Dark Chocolate & Wattleseed frosting. Best eaten at room temperature with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Contains gluten, eggs, milk, soy, hazelnut.

Boysenberry Petit gâteau: Creamy vanilla mousse, Brown butter Sablé Breton, Boysenberry & Elderflower compote & Thyme infused Lime crémeux. Finished with Boysenberry veil and white chocolate collar. Contains Soy, Eggs, Milk, Gluten.
